Hey,

I am the user formerly known as phoenix9 (here and on DDRMX, still so on the SMMix project) .. I used to try to help out on the BG change projects

EDIT:

on the video capture process.. assuming you had a JP PSX and the disc.. what you have to do (this was what saotome2U told me back in the day) is

play the song twice on single once on each side (so that the other side has no steps in the way) and capture it using a video capture card, then you have to stitch them together .. how one would go about doing that, I have no idea...

sorry about the poor grammar and sort of rambaling tone... I'm tired
