If you want to get deep into this shit, no I don't consider loli to be pedophilia. Though they share some common ground, loli artwork is far too stylized to be anything but just that. Take the root meaning of the word "pedophilia" all you want, what the debate is about is over the connotations of the word, not the denotation. Lolikon art/hentai is basically made to pander to the "cute" tastes of some people, whereas actual pedophilia as it is commonly referenced is more often than not sheerly out of the desire for control and domination.

Lolikon guys like 'cute' girls, and it just so happens that lolikon works pander to that particular taste more than anything else that's out there. In most cases it's not about the fact that the work is about kids, it's just that the characters are portrayed as just that. Real pedophiles might be into it as well, but for them it's for a different reason. Think of it in terms of a Venn Diagram. You got your lolikon, your real pedos, and the ones who happen to be both. They're not entirely interchangable though, so I would say that you can't decisively call it pedophilia, at least not from a colloquial standpoint.
