Most T1 tourneys let you proxy the P9 anyways. And outside of T1, they're trophies. It's not like you'd mess around with a power nine deck. (If you want to pick on people, just rip out Raffinity... it's cheaper. Hell, outside of Dual lands most power decks these days aren't expensive. Look at Husk.....)
And who else thinks that Coldsnap is the best set out there right now?
