emuparadise.org has lots of GBA ROMs (and other ROMs too)
Here's the list of the GBA ROMs that the above website has
click on ^this^ link, and press Control and F to bring up a search window. type the name of the game, then click "Find Next" (click it over and over untill you find the game you want). look at the four numbers that are before the title of the game. now go to the first link i posted, and select the folder that has the number of the game [i.e. 1212 would be in folder "GBA Roms 1201 - 1300"]. then go down the list, find your game and click this
. a new window will open up, and the link in it will say "Download #### - The Name Of Your Game.zip"
and there's your new GBA ROM
