Well, they just released a new working version at the site and I can say that this is a pretty top notch GH simulator. With the proper hookup and my GH controller in tow, the game preforms very much like the game that inspired it. I'm not too sure hammer-ons and pull-offs are possible and the notes could use a tad more clairity and stand out more, but it's great nonetheless.

Fan-made content though will be hard to crank out, as each song demands the notes be made with the in-game editor, an area that I've heard has a problem or two still. Also, it demands a seperate guitar ogg formated track to go with the rest of the music. None too user-friendly compared to Freetar Hero, but I hope someone out there can crank out something to make the process easier.
