Xythar: On Inspiration, I'd say it's probably someone's first simfile released, as in they've had a lot of practice making stepfiles beforehand but have only decided to show one to the public now. I have maybe five or six released files but have like... thirty on my computer. And that's not counting ITG and DDR edits.
