Honestly, I never expected to do this well (okay, I said the same thing last time, but it goes triple for this). A huge thank you to all judges and administration for the colossal investment of time it took to make this happen, as well as to every public reviewer who took the time to do a writeup. You guys rock

The split timings were worked out in Stepmania's editor by reading off the Current Time field (no idea why I never thought of this before).
