Anyways, I've been unable to be at my computer all weekend, and I'm sure Neko has been *thrilled* as we haven't been able to co-ordinate the next round yet.

Actually that was a serious line there, as it was been way too long that the simfile community has been driven by a formatted competition that, while being fun, also has plenty of areas to cause arguing, and all that other fun stuff.
NOTE TO EVERYONE PT2:
I DO NOT WANT OSC TO STAY THE WAY IT IS NOW.
I'm sure many of you will agree with this here. There are plenty of things that can be done with simfile competitions and we have just followed a basic format for too long.
If for any reason you hated this OSC, please do not let it stop you from entering the next one, as it'll be different.
My enthusiasm for running this tournament the current way has slowly been dieing as I've moved somewhat away from Bemani and more into school, life, going to concerts with awesome friends (which is why I've been away from my computer this weekend). How many OSCs I stay around for after this is uncertain, but change is a good thing. OSC will be left in good hands before I ever think about leaving, and I'm not one for new ideas so hopefully new people (along with Neko) will be able to revolutionize and make things fun in the simfile community again.
Even with all the annoying drama certain people have caused, it's still been fun and I want to thank all the judges (even Zounder-getting harped on by the public isn't fun) and everyone who entered.
Let's make this next round fun, as it may be my last OSC.
