Like I said to Uiru, it's a delicate balance. It's really hard to describe what the best way to place steps is, and it depends on the song. All I can really say is make more files, and play more good files, and you'll get a feel for it.

In any case, your file wasn't bad and I thought you deserved better than you got, but that's how it goes I guess :/

edit: also upon checking the PRs again I'd say at least 3 people liked your file
