Default does anyone read food nutritional labels

I actually check the nutritional facts/stats for *every* fast food place I eat at if possible, and if not possible I check them at home before I go there lol (only once, i memorize what I usually get's facts)

and as for shopping, etc. i make sure to not buy *anything* with trans fats in it, only monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats with peanuts and salmon (most other mono/poly kinds are worse for you), etc.

try to keep my saturated fat under 60-70% a day, my main fat under 60-80% a day, don't care about cholesterol because i eat almost nothing that has it, and sodium under 100% of the daily value.

I also try to get 100% of vitamins A, B6,B12, C, D, E, niacin, calcium, etc.

I also won't drink energy drinks because the shit in them is basically poison for me (i have an ephinephrine overdose in me constantly), and I rarely drink sodas or eat out, and I try to get a jamba juice (the 5 fruit a day kind) or 2 fruits in me a day.

I also eat one soup with vegetables in it every other day at least.

Sooo.... yeah. lol sounds a bit obsessive but it's why I can take fascination maxx 40+ times in a row and not be tired lol (and that's with heart problems)
