like a previous post, i too am afraid of High Fructose Corn Syrup. Don't know why, i was just told it was bad. Also, anything with "Partially Hydrogenated" anything, and when shopping for bread or pasta, I make sure it says whole wheat flour as opposed to enriched, multi-grain, or something to that effect. Its whole wheat or nothing.
I ignore sodium and cholesterol, and calories too, although thats probably the one i should be looking out for the most... |
