I'm weird with my diet. I really, really would like to keep a healthy diet and I do try- I buy healthy cereals, I love fresh fruits and vegetables, and I try to drink healthy beverages (Propel, Juicy Juice, low-fat milk) but I do have my moments each day with stuff I regret reading the label on. I'm not a calorie counter and I'm not going for weight loss, but I really do like reading the labels and keeping track of my vitamin intake, etc.
I'm trying to be more healthy in general, now. Student red center sounds really nice about now, and believe it or not there's a pretty high amount of not-shit-for-you food on-campus for my meal plan. I mostly live off of cereal and fruit snacks though, so no real worries. |
