I forgot which game, but it was tested with one processor, the FX-55, and a couple video cards, and they all had pretty close results FPS-wise). | Dual CORE is freaking awesome a breakthrough in processor technology.
Dual PROCESSOR isnt.
Core and Processor not the same
Core is the on die Integrated circuit laser inscribed onto the silicon.
Processor is the entire chip.
So technically anti gilbert plans to have a DUAL processor / QUAD core computer.
Hmm. Thats a limited selection of video cards.
WAIT A MINUTE!!! Sorry I forgot ur building a mac here. SLi Technology isnt used in macs. ACtually I dont even think those are VIDEO CARDS you are selecting. I think those are video chipsets integrated into the board. I guess the reason they put 3d stereo in here is because they can integrate a sound chip into the board for you should you choose that option.
You know you can build a PC and run mac OS off of it?
