I just submitted a simfile, but when I went to the "most recent files" section it was nowhere to be found, so I searched in the other pages, but still no luck, then I went back to the first page, and there it was on top of the list, but when I hit refresh, it was missing again, and I noticed another file took it's place, so I clicked next page and last page again, and there it was, but that other file was now missing.

This keeps happening everytime I hit refresh or re-enter the most recent section, so I can only view my file by going to the next page and back, what do I do?
