I have a question. If my entry was from, let's say, DDR B1, and only two other people besides me entered solo steps for that bracket, would we all automatically pass, or would only one (the top 1/3rd) pass?

In other words, is the top 1/3rd selected out of all the entrants that made it to the challenge round, or only the entrants that actually participate?
