So, I was playing DDR the other day (on a Fusion with crap pads, but I digress), and I see someone who I used to go to school with back in May 07. And the first thing he said to me was, "Are you still playing that fucking gay game?"
Yep, still as single-minded as he was six months ago. I don't know why I have to suffer a relentless barrage of the g-word. I'm not homophobic or anything like that, but most of the wankers who throw insults at me daily like that are, and it's not particularly a pleasant thing you'd want to experience day in, day fecking out.

 |  The one thing that differentiates you from the 12-year-old girlie-girls and gay stereotypes, is that you probably play very well. Take this for example: Say for arguments sake that I was good at DDR, and went to the machine at my local bowling alley. The girls on it are playing the easiest song on beginner and they're doing the hand movements and shit. Now if I was doing that, then maybe I would look a little gay, but in fact I'm pwning their scores on beginner and every other difficulty there is and sending them off crying like the little girls that they are. I play on standard on the machines (I get little/no practice) and heavy/challenge on SM at home, and many people (except my friend who is better then me) will have at least a modicum of respect for me. In closing, your 'friend' is a narrow-minded dicksweat who gets about as much sexual attention as the machine your playing on. |
