And it's probably not a distant relation either.

I've been reading ED out of boredom today, mostly checking up on Project Chanology and such. I went through most of the Scientology members they have listed on there, and I came across one specific one who trolls essentially everyone, everywhere, for the church (supposedly, there's seems to be evidence he's just an ass). This wouldn't have come as a surprise to me if he didn't have the same last name as me and originated where virtually all of my dad's side of my family resides.

He seems to be residing in New Mexico now, which is relatively far away from where most of my known family lives, but still...

I should probably find out more information, but if what they have on there is true at all, this is really wild. I mean, he even looks like he'd be in my family, based on a picture I've seen.

Say what you will about me and this, but you have no idea how freaky it is to find out you have a (possible) family member that's (maybe) devoutly in the organization you're protesting against.
