Like Jay. Let me tell you about Jay. Jay is th DM's favorite little boy here because he has a HUGE sales volume. He also has NO positive service skills, and pisses off half the people in here, and 40% to 60% of th stuff he sells gets returned.
Nobody here likes working with Jay. He's cool outside of work (for a 34 year old stoner with no life), but on the sales floor, he makes even our senior sales associate (a 35 year sales veteran, 13 with this company) want to take up scream.
