Look, it's a bad idea to go out with someone you don't look in the same way as the other does. He may be infatuated with you, but do you feel the same? Literally, sounds like what he's really looking for is acceptance. Of course he wants to get laid. Most guys do. And he's probably right when he says sticking it in isn't his top priority. I feel the same way about this girl I know too. Sure I'm horny as a jack rabbit, but I don't place penetrating the girl I like as the number one thing to accomplish.

So yeah, don't go out with him if you half heartedly love him. Being good friends with him will still help him though

The events are creepy, but whatever you decide don't act like it was a big deal unless he takes up drunk calling as a hobby. He sounds like he's on an emotional edge. I would try to avoid being the one to nudge him off.
