But what's going on? Is the internet going to explode? Should I turn off my computer before the counter runs out?

Yep. That's been happening if you link from certain sites. I guess BMS is one of them, now. Try copy/pasting the URL.

Odd thing is, US military sites are also on the "no linking" list.
