I Have a Bad Cough

It won't stop and I have no cough drops or money for cough drops and it's about to be midnight(realism).

What do I do?

(edit: WARM) salt water + gargling for the throat. It really does help.

Alternatively, find a 7-11 and get some hard candies in the event you can find some change. I know out here (and keep in mind I'm in the expensive state) it's about 65 cents for a roll of Creme Savers or something.

actually, it kinda burns/stings at first, but after about 2 seconds, your throat feels fine, like there's nothing wrong.

Hawaii is the only expensive state no matter how New York or expensive your state may be. Creme Savers here is more like 80 cents OR MORE.

Anyway, I wish I had returned to this thread before I went to bed (kinda forgot) because I've woken up and the cough is gone.

However, my voice is still weak so yeah.
