As long as he doesn't make a call to action for other bemanistlye members to call the number I don't see much of a problem. As long as there's no serious harm, such as monetary damage (if in the case that the person is a complete idiot and Reenee could trick the person into giving his credit card number or something), I see no real problem with just a phone prank. Just stray away from stuff that will cause legal trouble.
