When I'm talking to people, every so often the person will say something to me and the only thing I can think of that is remotely amusing is a heavily exaggerated and animated shrug. I'm tired of doing this and I feel that it's losing whatever touch it originally had. For example:

"You're a fucking genius, you know that?"

*Jerry Seinfeld shrug with eyes closed*

OR.

"Fag."

*Egor shrug with uneasy WTF face*

I need a new way to come back at these remarks so that I'll feel like a funny guy again.
