Actually, someone hook me up with Emi porn in general I don't have any
Also the middle panel is what makes Pump so fun, seriously, the range of motion is less unnatural and you get into it a lot more, it just takes a little while to adjust if you're used to four
That and there's a better variety of the music, and the layout makes it possible to have more interesting stepcharts
Like, go look at Do It Yourself on Crazy, there's really no way to do something that awesome on four pads (not sarcasm, it is like my favorite chart in the game)
t Dewgy: Actually my problem with the scoring system in Pump is not so much that it is vague but that it is completely incomprehensible and completely unattached to reality
The geniuses at Pumpcore figured this one out:

Add it all up at this point.
If the song is rated higher than 10, multiply the current total by the song's rating/10. If you earn a grade of S on the song, add another 100,000. If you were playing on Nightmare mode, add another 500,000. Done. |
Just to clarify, judgements are Perfect/Great/Good/Bad/Miss; Perfects and Greats add to your combo as usual, Goods don't break your combo but don't add to it either, and the other two break your combo
Basically, if you're competing against someone by machine score and you break combo but your opponent doesn't they win by the way this is the scoring method they use in the official tournaments
Other than the way scores are calculated, I love the game thoroughly; it doesn't really matter to me because I don't really take the game seriously at all, except inasmuch as I'm compelled to go on about how awesome it is whenever I'm given the chance
