This place makes you feel a little dirty, doesn't it? ...or is it just me?
I mean, FB is pretty hardcore. It's a lot harsher and more sexual/violent/languagey than the forums I grew up on. When I walk out of here, I feel callused, like I just did some kind of manhood ritual or watched a kid get beat up.
And kids get beat up here. FB has its own special flava, like freshly baked bread with olive oil and vinegar, which never mix. There are people out there who don't know about the flava of FB, and they come up and say something that is totally not our flava. They keep making Frosted Cheerios posts and chocolate puddin' threads which greatly contrast to our oil vinegar bread. So we chastise them for being irrelevant, really rip 'em a new one, call 'em fags and everything.
These are tough streets, my friends. It's a game where you don't know the rules and you pay the price when they screw up.
And it's a shame no one knows the rules, because Irob must have worked damn hard on them. He describes the oil, the vinegar, and the bread in excruciating detail. He tells you to sit back and appreciate the neat little bubbles oil and vinegar make when you try and fail to mix them.
But some people don't listen to his wise words.
I propose we put the title of that thread in all caps. EDIT: Fuck that. Make it an announcement.
