It's less lame than actually playing it on a keyboard, but more lame than any other rhythm game one might choose to play besides Rhythm Nation.

(Note: If you are trying to be funny or something or are making fun of keyboard SM in general then whatever but if you take the game seriously and are calling me a scrub or something for playing it on a IIDX controller about once a month then I pretty much hope you and your family die tomorrow)

I mean like I had no indication of whether you were taking a jab at Stepmania or you play the game and take it seriously and got offended because I play in an unorthodox manner when I do (rarely) play, I sort of assumed it was the latter because of the caps and the imitation of the style of my post; no offense taken.

Incidentally, after a few songs to get used to it I do better on the IIDX con than on a WASD/arrow doubles config. Huh.

Better idea: IIDX has 8 inputs (7 keys, one turntable). DDR/ITG doubles has 8 inputs. How 'bout importing some 7key BMS's and making them doubles StepMania charts?
