It's the same as BALA≠BALA and BARA≠BARA. Either one should be right, but they do sound like they're saying "GIRA"

Looking at it again... it makes sense why barabara (balabala) got the ≠ symbol and giragira got the = symbol. But yes, it is BALA ≠ BALA and GIRA = GIRA.

Btw I am not sure what BALA or GIRA means in jap, but I DO know that GILA in Malay means "crazy" .

They're onomatopoeia.

Barabara (balabala) means scattered, disperse, loose, disconnected, in pieces, in drops, rustling.

Giragira means glare, dazzle. *so lifted those out of the dictionary*

So BALA≠BALAなオモイひとつに夢をいうカタチに would mean something like "The scattered feeling that shapes my dream" while GIRA＝GIRAと胸のどこかで is something like "The dazzling that comes from my chest." (Those are wrong because I just plucked those phrases without translating them in context. )
