Which Bemani was it?

Hi by an accident I found this nice page!

On one on my journeys to Malaysia(I think it was summer 2002)my cousin took me to arcade and we played a 5 panel bemani game. But I don't know which one it was. It had an easier gameplay for me as an newbie than Beatmania because it had bigger panels and no turntable. The music was Chinese and English but performed by Chinese interprets. Maybe you can help me and get the name for me

How were the panels on the pad arranged? My first guess would be Pump it up.

Hmm it wasn't a dancing game it was played with hands. I'm not quite sure anymore but I think it were 2 rows of round buttons 3 in the upper row and 2 in the lower row or the other way round. But they were definitely bigger than the Beatmania ones. The music style was pop I think.

Ah I asked my cousin (thanks the www). He said he is not quite sure but the name was Rock Fever and it had 6 Buttons. Is there any simulation out there?

anyways...i never heard such thing as a rock fever simulation. Its pretty much like Pop'n music...but slightly different. You can get pop'n simulation in the pop'n simulation sections of the forums.
