Could someone PLEASE tell me how to use O2Mania?

I'd love you forever if you told me how to use O2Mania.
All the clickable commands are covered in question marks
and I can't read them to know what to do.

How to set up the song to play,
how to even put songs in there TO play.
General info basically.

A player's manual would be equally as nice >.<

Set non-Unicode programs to Chinese or Japanese in Control Panel -> Regional Settings -> Advanced to clear up those question marks (also make sure you have East Asian languages installed).

Although, as for Mangojoyride,
O2Mania is just like O2Jam, but it lets you play while off line.
