Figured I'd make a thread for what's sure to be the breakout rhythm title of 2008. Personally I can't wait to see the exciting innovations that Activision is going to bring to the rhythm genre, but I was wondering if someone could fill me in on what the deal is with Konami ripping off the idea with this beatmania thing? I think that's bullshit, Konami shouldn't be allowed to steal ideas that way. Don't you agree????

Guitar Hero was the first music game ever, how dare those Konami bastards steal that epic idea and babyfy it with only 3 frets and weeaboo music.

I just know DJ Hero will be this year's best hit game.

I think Konami should go back to making faggy dance games. Beatmania has clearly ripped off of all of Activision/Harmonix's IP but no one seems to do anything about it. I think RO/Neversoft and Activision/Harmonix should stop arguing about this guitar controller bullshit and go after the real perpetrators...

you know seriously, I still think that everyone forgets amplitude. seriously, its the ORIGINAL MUSIC GAME and it's so great. but yeah guitar hero is was batter than this konami shit.

DJ Hero is innovative becase they have a WORKING FUCKING TURNTABLE CONTROLLER and that shit is tight like nuns
