No. It's more like a Guitar Hero ripoff (and they call BMUS that?). You can upload song in there but the notes are AutoGen instead of you making your own charts.
If anyone wants it, i uploaded Time To Air, Hana Ranman, Abyss -THR-, and Second Heaven but their charts on "Legendary" sucked and "Legendary" was the hardest difficulty on BeatJam.
