This is not an original Bemani game, and a lot of people think that this game is for sissys, but I think this game is really fun in the company of you rfriends (specially if they do not sing and does`nt know the lyrics of the song.... its fun and you should at least give it a chance. Speasially the "Karaoke Revolution Party", it is my favorite.
Name: Karaoke Revolution (there are a lot of versions... choose your favorite one )
Releaser: Harmonic (under license of Konami of corse)
Version: USA (NTSC) | |

It's just fun to play alone, and especially around other people. I just love it when we have it at our local Lanime party, because it's so much fun to hear people suck royally. Like this one time, like fifteen people got together at once to sing Oops... I did it again. Man that was painful. So, Whoot for KR!
My favorite Karaoke Revolution is definitly Party. Least favorite is Country.

Well abot the releaser of this game is a little complicated to explain because it was created by Harmonic & Dinamic, released by Konami and using the name of Bemani..... well as you can see is a little complicated, but that doesn`t matter, the game is good
I hope you`ve understood me!

The only thing that worries me is that when I see myself playing this game, I see it being done jokingly, rather than seriously, and therefore it might get a lot less attention than the games I do play seriously like Pop'n and IIDX. Like, I'm not the kind of person that sings often, so making a serious attempt at singing would seem weird to me, and kinda embarrassing. Any thoughts on this?

And for the record I never sang before I played KR, but now I can get perfect scores on Hard difficulty, and even a few on Expert. Quote:

| Karaoke Revolution Party is $50? It shouldn't be that much. Where did you look for it, Best Buy, GameStop, EB? | |

What is the difference between a song on Hard and the same song on Expert? Quote:

I assume it was at Gamestop or EBGames or some other video game store like that.

The difference is how close to the actually note you have to be. On Easy you can be way off key, and still get a good score. On Expert you have to be right on the note, or you'll suck and lose. I like KR3 the most, just because it happens to have the greatest number of songs that I like. (And you can't go wrong with "Beat It")
