[O2Mania] PT Files? PTCatcher?

I have a few questions for any knowledgeable persons about O2Mania PT files:

1. Anyone by any chance know where to find a program called PTCatcher?

2. Anyone know exactly the process by which PT files are made?

I'm kind of stuck in my hunt for a small handful of PT files I know I'm missing, because most of them are new songs and version exclusive. Figured best course of action might be to try and make them myself, but the only thing I've seen that sounds even remotely related to PT creation is PTCatcher, which I can't seem to find a working link for anywhere. So if anyone can help me out with information regarding this, I would greatly appreciate it~~!

A PT file is a notechart file used in conjunction with the corresponding PAK file from the online version to play DJMax songs with the O2Mania emulator offline~ ^^.
