And the music is subjective, I guess. I think both games are full of throwaway pop music save for a few songs in each - which is part of the appeal of the game to me.

After seen teh original japaniese verson, (AKA OTA or RSG), I think I have a liking for this more than the amearican verson (EBA) now... ^^;
But still, i'll get it. (Another BIG reasons I want a Nintendo DA! *_*)

To owners of EBA and OTO: Is it just me, or is the spinner in Ouendan REALLY harsh compared to EBA's? I can get 15k+ bonus on EBA's spinners, and even going as fast as I can, I sometimes fail spinners in OTO :/

When I first saw a commercial for it, my friends and I thought it was possibly the stupidest rhytm game on earth. When I played it, I fell in love with it. What's even more amazing is how they can make artists like Ashlee Simpson and Madonna actually sound good through covers.

La La is actually my favorite song. ><

Heh, when I got introduced to the game, thanks to a friend of mines, I said to myself that this has got to be the stupidest game that man ever created. Unfortunately, I was wrong as soon as I started playing it (note: he has the japanese version as I don't have a DS).
I had a little trouble in the beginning, but I picked up from there. The game did made me fall for a liking of the game, only that now it is too overlooked on my behalf.
The EBA version, which I played, is great, but I can tell by the differences compairing to the japanese version. The "End of the World" scenerios were quite different but almost. However, I prefer the japanese one cause by failing it would lead to a bad, but amusing ending. Those who hadn't played the japanese version, check that one out instead.

IMO EBA is one of the best games on DS. The music is not my cup of tea, but the gameplay is amazing. I like EBA so much, I made my avatar look like Agent Derek.

The game looks great so far(and I love Ouendan), but the quality of that cover of Walkie Talkie Man has me a little worried.
The new stories look great, at least. Same sound effects and everything. |
I know this is spoiling but aliens come to petrify(not kill? haven't you played alien hominid?)the song for that is hoobastank's without a fight.
then at part 2 they play jumpin jack flash and everyone in the game is dancing.......
