Yeah they are, but this is still in Beta.

they used alot of stuff from Audition..not that I'm concerned, they use it BETTER.

and just for having Pierrot in there makes it win.

The music is pretty sweet although its no mystery how they got some of them. The steps aren't all that interesting in my opinion as they're just one long stream most of the time. Sure the triple and quad steps are nice and the freeze acting like the holds in O2Jam is a nice change but overall the charts need to be revamped and some need to be synced. Good idea though, even if a lot of it is taken from Audition.

yeah, alot of the songs are offsync, but to play it well, you gotta have most stuff off. one of the songs 'yi shi wu liang' was offsync the other day, now it's either they fixed it or cause I turned everything off on my desktop.

Despite the offsync stuff, I'd say it's pretty good. The avatar system is one thing that I like about this game. They even have "You Got Served"-like mode, team dancing I meant. I noticed that the music is in OGG format. Maybe I should convert them into simfiles!!!

I may do that soon in the future but for know, I'll try to capture some dances with FRAPS!

That dance mode is so far the most innovative thing I've seen in this entire game, in fact I'll probably sneak back into this if I can manage to pull myself away from R2Beat. And about the ogg songs, I also like this because not only can I hear the songs out of game but also take them with me on the road. I just wish that other games would do the same.

I currently turned a song (I Could Be The One) into a simfile! Is it okay to post it up here to see if I synced it well? I'm planning on making another one but I ain't making hands here! :P Is it also okay to to a YouTube link here with a dance replay I got?

Speaking for the music, there were DDR songs in there! Dub-I-Dub, Boom Boom Dollar and Paranoia if I can remember. There were famous songs like Ketchup, Crazy Frog, Eyes Like Yours (Ojos Asi), Bye Bye Bye, Get the party started and such. I finally found the chinese song I have been playing in Rock Fever 3! I'm planning to convert them to StepMania files soon enough!

Man, they really need to fix that offsync game.

About the dance pad, the official SDO dance pad is not meant to be shared by other users. When you get one, you can only register the pad with one (1) user only! The price will be at RM50. I wonder how much is that in dollars (or in my case, Philippine Peso)? Remember: The SDO dance pad is not yet available!
