Default Vib-ribbon

It seems nobody remember this game in Bemanistyle.

Who plays it here? And what do you think about it?

I've always wanted this game, but I can never seem to get my hands on a copy of it.

The graphics are strange, but it has it's own charm.

I got a copy of Vib Ribbon at AX2006. It's amazing and I love it. I've been wanting it since I was like...10. Pictures of it don't do justice, since watching it and playing it is so fun and cool. I've spent a few hours playing it with a ton of different CD's, and I've learned which ones are easy (Outkast), and which ones are excrutiatingly hard (Aphex Twin).

I play A LOT this game with Pump It Up musics, itīs VERY funny.

Does AphexTwin have its step with the ribbon turning upside down?

Thatīs crazy!

I'd probably like Vibri more if I could figure out what determines a song's complexity.

Some slow songs are hard as hell, others aren't, and the inputs don't seem to always occur cleanly with the tempo either.

I can relate to you, dude.

And yes, the graphics are not for everyone's liking (it's vector gfx), but like you've said, it has its own charm.

But still, you can download a PS1 ISO from a certain "website" on anywhere else (e.g. EmuParadise).

The Vib-Ribbon soundtrack is totally insane.

They were my favourite musics until I played We Love Katamari.

The two sequels did not operate in even a similar manner to the original.

Vib-Ripple is another game with Vibri. You can apparently import pictures to generate more levels.

The link below has more info, though.

Ripple was only compatible with certain cameras, but most newer SONY ones work, and its really fun bouncing poo on your friends photogrpahs

Mojib was HEAVY japanese and hard to figure out but had simple gameplay. it was online as well tho im not sure what options there were in that mode
