Colored username not showing up?

I just purchased a colored username in the Forum Shop. I used this reference for the HEX colors: http://www.december.com/html/spec/colorchips.html
I entered #FF00CC, for rose, and it's not showing up.

Can anyone (preferably with, uhh, authority) help me out?

That's fucked up. Let's try refreshing caches, or whatever the fuck it's called.

Refreshing the image, or clearing the cache. (In this case, most likely the latter.)

Caches have been cleared in both the Internet Explorer AND the Fox of Fire, and the lack of working continues to persist in such a manner as to fill mine eyes with saditude. ;(

It's working on IE, but not FireFox...

Just flat out not working for me, in either browser. Other peoples' colored usernames will display, though.

I have the same problem with Firefox but not IE (with both the glow and the colored name)

edit: I found the problem using the java console, firefox can't parse non-basic hex color values for the board so it completly ignores it all together, so try updating java and seeing if it shows up in either browser.

...wow, that IS a trip. It's appearing in my Opera, but not in the latest version of Firefox when I post this topic into it. Huh. The more you learn. I'll see if a Java upgrade does anything.

This is not valid HTML so Firefox will not display it. You must have the # before the color code. I've fixed it for you.
