I changed my username font to Monotype Corsiva, but it doesn't seem to be showing up. I even copied and pasted it directly from the Microsoft Word font list to make sure I spelled it correctly.

You're not the only one with the problem. =\
Viner Hand ITC = Times new Roman(or some sort of messed up, pixelated Arial) I guess.

EDIT 2: I tried using Comic Sans MS. Err... It DOESN'T Work either :/

It's a bug with the software, we'll have to wait for an update to fix it.
