I can access it, but there is nothing there, and if I click on the Bank, it tells me I'm not allowed to purchase that item.

Am I doing it wrong?

This is weird, it worked fine for me the first time.

When you click 'Forum Shop', do categories appear?

Make sure you have tokens that are not in the bank and ready to purchase an item.

it happen to me at first...
but the next try it work fine for me...i have similar problem when i tried to enter media shop, nothing was happen...but it seems work for now

Gave me a similar error the first time and later worked when I tried again. It currently says I'm not allowed to view the item history, but this may be intentional.
