Okay, if I buy another ribbon, will that appear ASWELL AS my other ribbon or not?

I've contemplated on getting a Ribbon.
Personally, it's a waste of 200 perfectly good tokens.
Now, if we could make our OWN Ribbons, then that'd be baddass.

What about medals, flags, etc? Can we buy different 'accessories'? :P

Hmm, I just bought 2 awareness ribbons from the Forum Shop. A black and a grey ribbon. How come it doesn't show up on my profile or my post? All is configured correctly in my "Edit vbPlaza Options" settings. Am I doing something wrong?

Actually, mine only shows the last 20 ribbons I've bought (in posts ...I believe in my profile it shows all of them). I have bought all of them.

Make sure when you buy a ribbon it's a non-private ribbon.

I checked it out already, all looks fine to me. I am really sure I didn't bought a private ribbon. However, when I first bought the grey one, I didn't fill in the comment-box. When I noticed that my ribbon didn't show up in a new post, I bought a black one and filled the comment-box to : Death Note. I can see the ribbons in my profile though. Hope you guys can see it too.

What kind of options do I have left to show the world my ribbons?

I'm sure this is an option some where but I haven't found it. I've known about this for a long time because my ribbons have never shown up but everyone elses has. We'll keep looking into it.

I'll be adding some more stuff you can buy for your profiles and stuff, icon wise at least, within the next week or 2. I have to spend time making the images myself, so it's not something I really have time to spend assloads of time on, especially since I try to be relatively detailed in what I make.

But yeah, expect new ribbons and some other stuff soon.

Would it be helpful to have a spare artist (for little things like icons/ribbons, mostly... I'm not altogether used to the GIMP yet, but I've sprited and done small stuff for years in MS Paint)? Might as well, it's not as if I'm doing much else with my free time until work starts in a few weeks.

It also refuses to show them if your not in scarlet_new mode.

Same with the Glow Username, you can't see that unless your in scarlet_new mode.

Keith, I think k//eternal solved the problem with the ribbons. Take a look at k's thread.

EDIT: Yep, I'm right. Someone change this. And no, I'm not really smarterchild.

It actually solved the "It doesn't show my ribbon" problem. I've put my AIM-name in my profile. Now it shows my ribbons I purchased from the shop with no problem at all.
