Tokens

I guess this is the right place to put this. When you post, what determines how many tokens you get? is it the length of the post? Also, when i submitted a simfile, it said I got 0 tokens for it. Doesn't that mean you could get tokens for simfiles? If so, which kind of file gets you tokens?

In 99% of the forums, a post is automatically worth 5 tokens (although starting a topic is worth 15). Then, every character in the post is +0.01 tokens. Thus, longer posts are worth more tokens, and one-line spam is basically a 5.32 or something.

The simfiles currently give no tokens, that feature has been disabled until (at the least) an uploads-per-day limit is activated.

Also, your reputation will change how many tokens you recieve for a post / topic. The higher your reputation is, the more tokens you recieve.
