[forum] Forums showing up when not logged in...?

It might be intentional, but why are the forum topics visible when logged out?

They all show zero topics except the headlines, but is there a way to hide them like before when not logged in?

Shouldn't this be in the bug reporting section?

But I agree that it'd be much nicer if they were invisible.
