[forum] Reputation system not working?

Is the reputation system actually working? I've had reputation added from two posts but my reputation is still at 10.0. Everyone's seems to be at "slightly above average" other than a few admins, too.

No, it's working. It takes time to build reputation, and reputation points can only be given by those with reputation (it's a scale, I believe), and it has other restrictions as well, such as only being able to give so much reputation at a time, only so many points to one person, etc.
