I can't download any simfiles at all

For instance:

Link to 'Mei' stepfile

I can press the Download Now button and it will take me to the page saying: Click Here to Begin Your Download. When I click that second link, it takes me to a page saying that the linked file doesn't exist:



It is NOT just this particular simfile that gives me this error: every single stepfile link I've tried does this, no matter who uploaded it or what song it is. I don't know when this started happening, but I first noticed it yesterday.
