[note charts] dropdown menus make song select disappear

When you are in any of the note-chart pages, if you were to hover over the dropdown menus, when the menu overlaps the song select box, it disappears, but comes back when the menu disappears, but I figure there is probably a way to do it without having to have the box disappear.

That's usually how drop down scripts work since if it doesn't disapear, the menu would go behind the select list.
