[simfile] Tokens given for simfiles incorrect.

I have one more glitch:

I have over 1000000 tokens when I'm not supposed to.

I was wondering what was up with that. I'll take you down to 1000. Maybe there's something wrong with the system? 3 other people had a massive amount of tokens for some reason and they were all within the same area.

I'm putting externall, ninJa-conen, and MADspartan 4D at 1000 since it looks like whatever happened changed theirs too.

EDIT: Now I get 0 tokens for submitting sims.
