[simfile] Uploading simfiles or updating gives error.

Resubmitting a file just gives me an error page, and doesn't replace the old file with the new one.

EDIT: The "Add Another Machine" button on the submit machine location page doesn't work.

I get that any time I try to upload a simfile.

Edit: Aha, that's what I get when I try to upload Quasar. Anything else worked.
