Adult Swim Shows, dying or not?

Adutl swim has been putting up some wierdo shows now, like that peewee crap that's airing. There's not much good shows on there any more, Inuyasha is boring me for every new episode they're showing, so my favorite show there is still family Guy, and Robot Chicken, every re-run is LOL... So, yeah.....do you think Adult Swim is dying or getting better?

I really have little confidence about Bleach coming over considering the rule of thumb about anime. "it's good until the US licenses it" (Remember this rule does not apply to all anime no matter what what your opinion of anime is) Maybe the fact that it's on the Swim might save it somewhat, I mean look at FMA. Trinity Blood looks good though.

Aqua Teen, Boondocks and Robot Chicken come back with new episodes in the fall so that's something to look forward to. Otherwise right now until then it's just reruns and random crap.

Ugh. Peewee's Playhouse drives me INSANE, and it's like an hour long to boot. >.<

I do like Family Guy, Futurama, Oblongs, Squidbillies. Boondocks, Robot Chicken (sometimes), and Neon Genesis Evangelion, which they barely show, and Paranoia Agent.

I HATE 12 OZ MOUSE! That made no damn sense and was just stupid. I don't like the stupid show about the black metal band either, or the show about kalgore, kilgore, whatever it is. I CANNOT STAND GIGANTOR EITHER. it's just boring.

WTF happened to Case Closed? I liked that show! I think they need to have a better schedule and not have everything be so damn random. I never know what is on when, and I watch it EVERY night.

They need to quit playing so many damn reruns and play some other shows that they hardly ever show.
If not, I could see people getting bored of it.

Korgoth was hilarious. 12oz Mouse definitely had its moments. Venture Brothers continues to be amazing. Every anime show on Adult Swim (aside from Inuyasha, which is nearing completion and Evangelion) has been an awesome show (also, Trinity Blood is indeed pretty cool. Slow to start though. I wasn't aware that they'd be showing it).

Pretty much every other show they have is still good. I don't know why you'd hate Gigantor. It was made in the 50's. It's just there to be there at the end of the night.

Adult Swim worries me, is all I'll say, given that they seem to be buying into their own hype more and more and going off on the most random ideas possible.

Then again, I'm in the AS minority. About all I watch anymore is Futurama and The Boondocks, and I can't STAND most of the rest of the programming, with Robot Chicken as an exception that I keep forgetting is on the air. (It's actually documented: I've never laughed at a single episode of ATHF. )

Oh, and Venture Bros., the various anime, and Tom Goes to the Mayor are exempt from that rule. I've honestly never seen them. I don't watch Adult Swim with any regularity.

If you have never laughed at Aqua Teen something is wrong in your head and you need to get it fixed immediately.

Adult Swim is still good, they just scramble their schedule up so damn much that I can never catch what I want to watch, and the one thing I watch the most (ATHF), I have both on my computer and on DVD, so there's really no point. When new episodes of stuff starts airing, I'll start watching again faithfully.

And am I the only person alive who is just fucking sick of Family Guy?

Hey, Tom has gotten WAY better since that first season. I absolutely hated hated HATED it when it first came out but since the Pipe Camp episode, things have really been going uphill.

It's annoying that Pee Wee's on there at all. Go CARTOON Network. It's better than Saved By The Bell at least.

Hey now, Saved by the Bell is a classic ;s. The only show i really dont like to watch is 12 oz mouse, Squidbillys is kinda close to my tolerence level too. Recently, the shows have been getting more and more adult rated that they change the warning tag to 17, vs 14. Thats always neat.

Adult Swim has gone from acctual humor, to stuff that'll make you laugh while stoned more lately. I mean i'd say about 30% of the shows that have ever aired on adult swim, i've liked but lately, the Boondocks, Venture Brothers and Champloo have all i've really been interested in.
