Avatar: The Last Airbender

How many of you have heard of this series.. it is about people who can control the earth's 4 natural elements by will, but only one.... .. and there is one person.. called the avatar.. who can control all 4 elements.. (the only one who can do so) and has to restore balance to the world..

i love avatar. my opinion? hmm.. i think that azula is a witch with a b, i think zuko and iroh are the coolest firebenders, and aang is silly but strong. .. hehe i also learned that i shouldnt lend things to certain people. i taped the whole first season (actually i think i missed two episodes) and i lent those tapes to a friend who was in my biology class. this was at the end of school last year, still havent gotten them back. anyway i cant wait for the new movie, only thing i dont like is that i'll have to record that episode too, cause i have to go to a football game that night (i play in the band)

I'm pretty sure a lot of people here have heard of this show. I think it's terrible. I'm pretty sure a lot of people here think it's bad. But then again it's Nickelodian, so it's pretty much expected I guess.

I LOVE that show. I haven't seen it in forever since I haven't been able to watch TV after moving to college. I should probably get the DVDs.

I love the storyline, but the thing I like the most about it is the fighting. Its always so entertaining.

When I first saw the ad for this show,I had to take a second look because it reminded me of an ad I had seen for Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi.

I like it because, there's a good very original storyline,strong character development. And the fact they take the time out to do research on actual martial arts when they animate the fighting sequences. Plus the art is a treat to watch. And the fact that it's in a distinct anime style clinches it for me.

It's not a top priority on my TV list. But with a lot of other American anime ripoff's out there, this one stands out for me.
