Anime cons, Comic cons, or generally Fandom conventions.

Being able to leave the house, room with some friends, and be around a bunch of nerds for a whole week is actually the most refreshing thing I've ever experienced. Not only does it remove me from work, school, and home life, it also removes me from my art and my music, which are probably the most stressful points in my life. And that's every single convention I go to.

I'll see if I can't find any stories I can share tomorrow, but it's 2:30am now.

Regardless, I'll be at Anime Expo for -I believe- the whole time. We'll hit up Disneyland after that, hopefully I can visit Sawtell Street again and hit up the giant robot stores.

AX is generally meeting up with people time for me. Meeting up with the other fansubbers that gather to the same spot as well as all the other people I know and/or have met previously.

AI is 20 minutes away. It's at the Long Beach Convention Center this year though. Nowhere near Disneyland.

Well this June might be the last time I will attend Anime Mid Atlantic. And it will only be a Friday, and I'll just check out the cosplay skits, vender room, and the game room. Hopefully the same people that brought the Pop'n controller and game might still be there.

Wish it was still at Midlothian, instead of Richmond. Less driving, but the Convention Center is bigger.

I like anime Con! i usually cosplay =) it is so fun! and they sell a lot of cool stuff in there!!. my last cosplay was Alice from resident evil (already posted it on the cosplay sticky thread) and now i'm planing to make my Iroha's costume.

I really enjoy making costumes and using them on conventions. you guys should try it sometime ^^
